Dialect = includes accent and vocabulary (and sometimes even grammar)
American English, British English, and Australian English are different dialects. They have different pronounciations and different vocabulary and some different grammar rules. However, they are still considered the same language. People still understand each other despite these differences.

I hope that helps!
Q: Qual è la differenza tra accent e dialect ?
A: For example, in English there is a (general) British accent and there's a (general) American accent, which are different in the sense that pronunciation is different overall, but speakers with both accents can understand each other with little difficulty.

Different dialects of a language, on the other hand, may not be understood by all speakers of that language. For example in Chinese, we have Mandarin (which is the official language of China) and dialects like Cantonese. People who only speak Mandarin cannot understand with Cantonese speakers in general.

There's a well-known saying: "A language is a dialect with an army and a navy."

Q: I am desperately trying to reduce my accent. I read books out loud for 3 hours everyday with Audio books. Please give me any advice I can work on. sembra naturale?
A: Quick tip. Try opening your mouth as wide as you can and then saying all the words without letting your teeth close. Will it help directly? No, but it'll get you used to saying things in a totally different way. You have a reasonably thick accent, which is mostly about getting comfortable with making sounds that are very different from those in Korean. If you want to post a few smaller samples, I can give you some tips on individual sounds. Send me a message when you've put something up
Q: I am desperately trying to reduce my accent. I read books out loud for 3 hours everyday with Audio books. Please give me any advice I can work on. sembra naturale?
A: You are very good! Only three words jumped out at me as unnatural/accented. I will provide a voice recording example of how they should sound, but I will write them, too.
1. Seemed. You pronounce it with a "sh" at the beginning. It should be a clear "s."
2. Suffering. This may be my own personal dialect but I do recommend letting this be three syllables, rather than two. You say it quickly and I almost couldn't quite understand it. Should sound like "suh-fur-ring."
3. World's. You seem to be pronouncing every consonant at the end, like "whoa-er-elds." To make this sound more natural, think whirled or "were-eld."

I will also add that it does sound like you are narrating or reading, which is fine - because you are reading along with audiobooks. If you are going for a more conversational flow to your speaking, then I would recommend finding an American television show to learn the rhythms of conversational English. ^_^
Q: I am desperately trying to reduce my accent. I read books out loud for 3 hours everyday with Audio books. Please give me any advice I can work on. sembra naturale?
A: You are pronouncing everything correct however to make a more "american" accent you will have to exaggerate the vowels
Q: I am desperately trying to reduce my accent. I read books out loud for 3 hours everyday with Audio books. Please give me any advice I can work on.
sembra naturale?
A: as I said before you have quite good pronounciation and your intonation is really great but need to fix some moments in your pronounciation. Words: Lord, deserve souls, parish, endure, a nineyearold defecting, wanted. And try to recognise the moments of joint pronounsiation when words are like the whole, sounds are mixed.
Q: You speak with an accent sembra naturale?
A: “You have an accent” sounds more natural.
