Q:
Why does he mentioned about “sickening glue, catnip”? I followed the whole episode, and didn’t find anything related to these two things. As a native, do you know why? He mentioned these two things in his blame?
A:
So, he mentions the great work by the great man who has brought everybody together.
Glue holds things together
Catnip is irresistible to cats
Flames are irresistible to moths
These people had no control over themselves – they basically have the intelligence of bugs, because although they have been brought together by this great work, the only intelligence at work is of the great man.
The clue is “sickening” because he finds the entire situation sickening.

The glue has dried off or out (about his art work?!)
A:
in that context, yes I'd say dry you off and dry your hands off.
I was trying to think of the difference between the two... when removing water or liquid from the surface of something, I think that's when I'd use dry off.
when you're talking about liquid inside of something, that's when I think I'd usually use dry out.. super hard for me to explain.
