Unfortunately there are MANY idiomatic expressions that don't always make sense. Here are some I thought of quickly:

Taylor Swift was ON television last night.
I saw her IN that movie.
I also saw her AT the airport.
She was ON the same airplane as me.
We were sitting IN first class.
The flight arrived AT ten o'clock.
It was right ON time.
I tried to ask her out ON a date.
But her boyfriend was IN the security area waiting for her.
She got IN a car with her.
I saw her later on AT WalMart.
She was ON the other side of the store.

... unfortunately as far as I know there is not a lot of logic to these, but they would sound wrong if you picked the wrong one ... ugh.

We have the same problem with A/EN in Spanish but honestly I think Spanish is much more logical in this respect...
Q: I don't commit to memorise it much. sembra naturale?
A: Mostly good, but I would probably say "I'm not committed to memorizing it." Or I would say "I don't put much effort into memorizing it." Hope this helps!
Q: It's difficult for me to memorise English words:( What is the most effective and easy way to memorize?
Please tell me. Thank you.
A: Anki is very good.

I have one more suggestion. If you like to read books or play games, you will learn more. Stories are usually more interesting than flash cards. Even a children's book will do. You can also buy and download them online.

When you were a child, you probably learned more advanced 漢字 in school and from reading, right? English vocabulary works the same way. これが「英語多読」方法だ。I don't have very good Japanese yet, but I study Japanese by reading storybooks. Reading has introduced me to many more words. Try it!
