Qual è la differenza tra noisy music e loud music ?
A:
They're pretty interchangeable.
Noisy has a negative connotation.
Loud is a neutral word.
"The music was really noisy."
(Usually the speaker thinks it was a bad thing.)
"The music was really loud."
(Not necessarily bad.)
Examples:
A: You look really tired, are you okay?
B: My neighbours were having a house party so I didn't sleep. The music was too noisy.
("Loud" works in this sentence as well.)
A: How was the concert?
B: So cool! The music was much, louder than I was expecting, but I had so much fun.
("Noisier" wouldn't work in this sentence very well. It would sound a little odd because the experience was so positive.)

Something can be noisy without being loud. For example, if you walked into a room of 20 people and they were all talking at once, but in low voices, you might say it's noisy, but not loud.

A:
@Cocochan The sentence would be a natural sentence if you replace "it" with "something", E.G "It is noisy because something is under construction near my house", but that implies you don't know what is know what is under construction and it's only one thing. I think you're trying to say something closer to "my neighborhood is noisy because of construction work" in English. That's what i understand from the Japanese anyway.
