A: A sting is less intense (people say "it stings a little" if there's a little bit of pain/uncomfort. Like if you put alcohol on a cut, it would sting). Stabbing pain is much more intense and is used when there is a more serious injury or pain ("I suddenly felt a stabbing pain in my side, so I went to the hospital")

A: A bee stings. A knife cuts. A cut stings (hurts.)

A: Biting is done with teeth/mouth. For example:
The baby bit me
The dog bit the child
The insect is biting me

Stung isn't done with a mouth. I don't really know how to describe it, but here's some examples:
The bee stung me
The jellyfish stung the woman
I got stung by the nettles

A: Long answer! I assume she was stung by a bee. In that case, there are only two correct options.

“That stung” is most commonly said - it refers to the action of the bee stinging her, which already finished. Therefore, it has to be past tense.

Another option is “it stings”, referring to the injury caused by the bee. The injury/pain is current, and it’s a fact, so present tense must be used.

“That stings” would be possible if another person was causing her pain at the moment, and she wanted that person to stop. Or, I guess if the bee was continuously stinging her, she could ask the bee to stop - “Ouch! That’s stings! Stop it!”

“This stung” could be used if she wanted to later show someone her injury and describe how it felt. But, in my opinion, it’s not that commonly used. I would use “it stung” or “it still stings” in this case.
