Although technically you can use '"se doucher" as in your exemple. the only mistake is that you have to write "tu te douches".

Here is an easy way to remember how to conjugate verbs (présent de l'indicatif) depending on the pronoun.
Je : S E X Ai
Tu : Es S X
Il : C A D E T
Nous : Ons Issons
Vous : Ez Issez
Ils : Ent Issent

*This does not includes exceptions

S E X Ai... are the possible endings to the verbs at the first person of the singular (Je). For exemple: Je prendS, Je mangE, Je finiS.
Tu prendS, Tu mangES, Tu finiS.
Il prenD, Il mangE, Il finiT

It means that when you use "tu", the verb will always end with either s ou x (Here we are talking about the present tense). Hence "tu te doucheS" and not "tu te douchE"
