How do you put the person you're talking directly to in a sentence?

It's kind of hard for me to explain, so I'll just show an example.

In English, we'd say, like... "What are you doing, (name)?" We separate the name from a sentence with a comma. But what about in Japanese? Would it be 「何する、(名前)?」
