how do you call a guy who is too slick? that's to say he's a little bit too perfect: a perfect hair style, perfect goatie, perfect clothes, but instead of looking nice he looks nauseating.

There's no adequate translation. When someone is too well-groomed you can say "pijo" (but this one adjective implies he also likes to spend money in clothes/appearance). There's also "hortera", and that one could work for what you want, but it usually describes a person who's tacky/gaudy...

@SpanishExHunter You can, but that's about personality/mannerisms. Someone "empalagoso" is someone overly sweet (that's what it actually means): someone who's always complimenting you and being /too/ nice.
