"Get around to doing something" is referring to time. As in, you don't have time to do something at the moment, but you will get around to it. It is mostly used to talk about something that is low on your list of priorities.
"Go about doing something" is talking about how you do something. If you don't know how to do something, or want to know how someone else would do it, you might ask "How would you go about doing this?"
