なぜ no1 のreadの前には*to* が必要で,no2のwriteの前にはtoが必要ないのですか？？ 違いがわかりません。

1. I could be "... to read out loud/to read loudly".
2. It is possible to obmit "the" before dmpty spaces".

1.be to do 固定の組み合わせ やるつもりだの意味 so必要
2.beの後に動詞の原型を加えることができません
be to do:やるつもりの具体的なこと、将来の意味を持つ
be doing:常時性、習慣的な動作
so、toが不必要 writing is right

僕も理解しているわけではありませんが、all you have to do is 〜の構文がありますよね？このis の後は動詞の原型がきますよね？ 今回もこれと似たパターンでis の前にdoがきた場合、isの後は原型が来るみたいです。ネットで調べた例文も全て原型がきていました。

@Jotaro なるほど。do is ときたら原型動詞だけど、what I have to bear in mind is ときたらTo+infinitiveっていう使い分けで、Do Is は特例ってことでしょか？いまさらで恥ずかしいわ。でも、ご親切にありがとう。一応再ポストしっちゃったので、それも待ちます。

僕もネットの情報なので、はっきりとは分かりませんが、過去に同じ質問をした時に、この場合、is の後にto は絶対来ないと言われました。また、isの後の動詞に三単現のsがつかないことも気になっていたので、とりあえず解決できたような気がしています。
