I applied for the review of my profile on certain website, I supposed to be able to receive a e-mail from the company in a few days after my application, but even though the time passed 1 month, I couldn't receive the e-mail. Therefore I'd like to write an inquiry e-mail. But I don't know how to write in a polite way in English. How should I write in the beginning? I was wondering if someone could give me an example?
