Does Korea have any car window tint laws?? do the cops care if your tint is very dark where you can't see good?

For safety driving, Excessive tinting is regulated by law. The front window of the vehicle shall be kept at least 70 % of the visible ray transmittance, and the Sidewindow of the driver and passenger seats shall exceed 40%. But even experienced drivers are not familiar with this Law.

@DannyJoung but people don't get in trouble right? even if your windows are fully black. I have seen pictures and videos of a lot of Koreans cars with very very dark windows that are dangerous (limo tint) and some even on the front window (windshield). Even Korean police cars have really dark tint that would be illegal in America

The crackdown will be strong if related issues are raised again because police security cameras do not catch the driver, and because of safety reasons that prevent drivers from driving at night. As I said, few drivers take this problem seriously, and they commit an unconscious violation. But the police with the right to crack down on them can always take issue with their Tinting. It would be difficult to understand this problem in the way of law enforcement in the United States. Like the United States, if you listen to the police well, it wouldn't be trouble. may end with caution, warning, or fines.

@DannyJoung Actually sometimes in America your forced to take off your tint while being pulled over and if you don't you can get arrested. Some are really strict.
