to eat without getting fat is 「太らずに食べること(ふとらずに たべること)」in literal translation.

@aexonyc: I often say "my ~""your ~", but don't say so often "his/her ~".
e.g. When my friend's name is "Lina Sasaki ささき りな" and I ask her dream,
「ささきさんの夢は何ですか？」polite
「りなちゃん／りな の夢は 何？」casual
To eat without getting eat means 太らずに 食べること, but I think "食べても 太らないこと " makes much more sense in Japanese.
食べても 太らないことmeans "never getting fat even if you eat" or " never getting fat no matter how much you eat"

@tommy2039: oh. If you're wondering about casual and polite English, we rarely use polite form of English (because it's really awkward for us); unless it's really formal occasions like sending an email to customers/colleagues/superiors.
Most of the time we'd use casual English instead, even to people we just met (depends on the situation though), so you shouldn't worry about speaking politely that much 😆
