Recently, I always get tired and don’t recover soon. I accidentally see a video about how to recover from tired. It suggested that we cool foot by cold water. It showed that we poured water and some ice brocks into a tub and put our foot into It and count fifteen seconds. That’s all. I tried it right away when I took a bath. Maybe it’s just me, but I felt better than usual next morning. sembra naturale?
