I'm searching for japanese books (which I can order online, possibly with amazon) that are somewhat simple to read and with an english (or italian) translation near it. If there are some which also contain furigana, it would be awesome.
Does someone have any suggestion?

Unfortunately I have no idea about the book you are looking for,
but here I could find the useful sites for Japanese learners.

I'm also having a hard time finding literature that i can read. I would reccomend books for children and fairytails since they have furigana and simple grammar and vocabulary(if you are a fan of mangas, even easier for finding reading materials;)). Then you can build up to more complicated grammar constructions and words as you go. There is a site from which you can order, it's called cdjapan. Try Banana Yoshimoto, she writes simply and is easy to understand.

Try Tokyo ghoul. It it a manga and it's on Amazon

You can try reading manga (attack on titan (進撃の巨人 or Death Note). If you don't like manga, well, you can try with Osamu Dazai, Yukio Mishima, or Yasunari Kawabata (House of the sleeping beauties and The Izu Dancer are my favorites). I think you can find all this through Amazon easily.
