What do you think about healthy foods in the USA?

Health foods exist here and personally i like to eat healthy. But unfortunately, I am in the minority opinion. Truth is, junk food is easy, available, convenient, cheap, and tastes decent, so therefore it is popular.

I tend to eat rather healthy, but I'm afraid that most Americans don't see it that way.
Probably the most unhealthy foods I eat would be ramen noodles. However, I typically stick to chicken, turkey, juice, peas, corn, seltzer water, pastas, and soups.
Fast food is a NO NO for me.
