That's close to how I'd use them. However, you have to realize that these are just guidelines and there are no firm answers and will vary based on locality a bit. But for me...
A couple == 2
A few == 3 or 4
Some == (would only use to AVOID giving a number)
Several == 5+
Dozens == 12+
Several dozen == 5 dozen+
Over a hundred == 100+
Hundreds == 200+
