Hello, I wanted to ask something about some sentences examples that are in my book. This is about the construction that tells "it happened to me (or someone) that...".

わたしはさしみをたべたことがあります。 日本のお酒を飲んだこともあります。
しかし、まだ日本人の家に泊まったはありません。

these are the sentences. The grammatical rule says that こと goes with が. In the second sentence there is も, which stands for "also". But I don't understand why in the third sentence there is a は with こと instead of が? Can someone explain why is that? How can I use them correctly?
