Yes, but it's too formal.

Ako ay nagluluto.
Nagluluto ako.
-I am cooking.

Ako ay matangkad.
Matangkad ako.
- I am tall.

Ako ay bumili ng aklat/libro kahapon.
Bumili ako ng aklat/libro kahapon.
-I bought a book yesterday.

ako ay pogi

ako ay bobo like that

Both are correct, but in my opinion using "ako" at the end sounds more natural in a conversation. It's more casual.

Using ako at the end of the sentence is in the form of 'KARANIWANG AYOS' which translates to usual form. Sentences with subjects at the beginning and contains 'AY' are said to be in 'DI-KARANIWANG AYOS' or unusual form. Both are acceptable and correct tho. 😉

yes you can use it either at the beginning or in the end but informally, we use it at the end of the sentence like "masipag ako." means i'm industrious.. if you want to ise it at the beginning, just put 'ay' next to ako it will goes like "ako ay masipag"

Yes, you can use 'ako' at the first word of your sentence for example:
Tagalog: AKO AY MAGALING SA PAGPIPINTA.
English:I'm good at painting.

The word ako is a first person singular, a subject in a sentence.

Although it can be at the beginning i think we don't usually use it and like also have the word "ay" in the sentence to be able to use "ako" in the sentence because it kinda sounds much more formal than just saying "Masaya ako."
