I should be more complaisant about them in the sense that I should recognize them more peacefully, accepting them more serenely. complaisant like when a teacher says that one of his pupils is the most complaisant child he’s ever met

another sentence that I think of would be “I'm always complaisant with all my family” (in the sense that i don’t want to create problems and, rather, I try to bring peace among all family members)

@ladybug I didn’t mean “complacent about my deficiencies” (not aware of them /self-satisfied) actually... I meant quite the opposite: that I recognize/acknowledge them (I accept to know them like real and really mine), but in a non-judgmental way. Like psychologists suggest, we should get able to see our mistakes but “lovingly”, so to say, “respectfully” towards ourselves, IN ORDER TO CHANGE. if you denial your problems, your “knots”, you can’t grow... For those who are struggling to accept their limits in life, there may be a constant struggle between what is and what is wanted; not accepting your limits can be emotionally draining. in this sense, we have to be less angry with ourselves and more complaisant (?) about our deficiencies exactly to peacefully overcome them
