Come si dice in Inglese (Regno Unito)? now my focus is on the word “complaisant”: may it go like that? “Sometimes I'm too hard on myself. I should be more complaisant about my foibles: at the end, I'm weak like everyone else”

Before I try to respond, do you mean to use COMPLAISANT, which is a bit antiquated and rarely used, or COMPLACENT?

@ladybug complaisant in the sense that I should be less rigid on my defects. I should be more complaisant about them in the sense that I should recognize them more peacefully, accepting them more serenely. complaisant like when a teacher says that one of his pupils is the most complaisant child he’s ever met

another sentence that I think of would be “I'm always complaisant with all my family” (in the sense that i don’t want to create problems and, rather, I try to bring peace among all family members)

Ok this one is the correct use of complaisent: I'm always complaisant with all my family” (in the sense that i don’t want to create problems and, rather, I try to bring peace among all family members) = You are a pleaser. You please other people.
For complacent you should use this example: the sense that I should be less rigid on my defects. I should be more complacent about them in the sense that I should recognize them more peacefully, accepting them more serenely. = I am not aware of my deficiencies so I am easy on myself; I'm self-satisfied.
Complacent and complaisent are 2 different words. In your original sentence above, you should use COMPLACENT: Sometimes I'm too hard on myself. I should be more complacent about my foibles: in the end, I'm weak like everyone else.

@ladybug I didn’t mean “complacent about my deficiencies” (not aware of them /self-satisfied) actually... I meant quite the opposite: that I recognize/acknowledge them (I accept to know them like real and really mine), but in a non-judgmental way. Like psychologists suggest, we should get able to see our mistakes but “lovingly”, so to say, “respectfully” towards ourselves, IN ORDER TO CHANGE. if you denial your problems, your “knots”, you can’t grow... For those who are struggling to accept their limits in life, there may be a constant struggle between what is and what is wanted; not accepting your limits can be emotionally draining. in this sense, we have to be less angry with ourselves and more complaisant (?) about our deficiencies exactly to peacefully overcome them

@Exquisitor Alright, then you should use a different descriptive: I acknowledge my faults/foibles and I am accepting of them. I am no longer complacent concerning them. (Don't Use complaisant)
Back to the original question, are you trying to find ways of using complaisant in a thought?

@ladybug and this one?... “I'm usually more complaisant to the people I don't know very well than to my relatives or friends.” is it acceptable?
