let's assume that i had an argue with my boss that made me quit my job.
should i say 'yesterday i had an argue with my boss "and at that point i'd had enough" or "at that point i've had enough" and why should i say it that way and not the other

I would say "Yesterday, I had an arguement with my boss" and because it happened in the past, say "at that point I'd had enough"

"I've had enough" - I'm done with this as of this moment
"I'd had enough" - I was done with that at that point (may still be sick of it, but you already hit that point in the past aka. yesterday)

So you should use "and at that point i'd had enough"

Side note: It would be "yesterday i had an argument with my boss" you can't use "argue" here, it has to be "argument".
