- Vietnamita
My father was lost one time before.
I had searched everywhere looking for him.
- Inglese (Stati Uniti)
The sentences are correct, but the second one sounds odd in this context. The tense change makes it sound like you were looking for him before he went missing. So,
...I had to spend... is better.

Is this sentences keep same meaning? And which one is sound more natural? "My father was lost one time before.
I had searched everywhere looking for him."
- Inglese (Stati Uniti)
My father got lost one time before. I searched everywhere for him.
'Lost' and 'went missing' could mean the same thing, but 'went missing' has a slightly different nuance. 'Went missing' can mean 'got lost,' it can also mean 'deliberately went away,' or 'wandered away' ...in other words, just gone, and we don't know the reason why.

Instead of "one time before", you can say "Once"
My father went missing once.

Ah. Lili1124 makes a good point. 'One time before' nuances that it has happened again recently or currently (and it happened one time before this time...), which is what I assumed you meant with your sentence. And 'one time before' is a better choice in this case. But if you are just talking about something that happened in the past with no connection to a recent incident, then 'once' is better.
