Tanrı means god but Allah is a specific god. It's like:
Allah = The Tanrı
(Tanrı = ilah (god)
Allah = Al ilah = The tanrı)
since the definite article does not have an equivalent for subjects in Turkish, we can't quite give that meaning with tanrı. That's why some people will object to using them interchangeably.

This is a little tricky argument. Etymologically, "tanrı" derives from "tengri" which is Old Turkic and presumably, it means sky. Because sky was the most sacred being of Old Turkic faith (a.k.a Tengrism).
Also, in modern Turkish "gök" (which is sky) derives from "kök" in Old Turkic. Kök can also be translated as "divine" or "blue". Hence, sky, blue color, divinity and godhood are intertwined concepts for ancient customs of Turks.
However, Allah word has Arabic roots. "al" (the) and "ilah" (deity). Evidently, it has been started to use after the conversion of Islam. Since then, there has been significant idioms and concepts related with "Allah" word has added to the language over hundreds of years. (e.g. İnşallah, Maşallah, Vallahi, Eyvallah etc.) Eventually, the idea of 'Allah is our god' has become the fruit of this cultural shift.
Basically, in common Turkish sense, Tanrı could be any god, but Allah is the god of us and all Muslims in modern usage. Nonetheless, some Turanists, pure Turkish advocators or old customs' sympathizers are still use "tanrı" word for our god.

the first one means "god"
and second one is one of the god's names. We only belive one god but he has a lot of names in Kuran but we use Allah.
1)There is only one god and its named Allah.
