It's getting too cold to be able to go out without a jacket. OR: It's getting too cold to go out without a jacket.

The sounds kind of unnatural because of the use of get and enough without another verb. the sentence could be written as " it's starting to get cold enough that it would be strange not to wear a jacket." Or made into two sentences, for example "It's getting cold. Cold enough, that it would be strange to go out without a jacket.
