I'd like to ask about "yet". My English text book says "Have you ever seen the baby who was born last week YET?" is correct. I've learned "yet" should be placed at the end of a sentence, but I feel it is more natural to say "Have you ever seen the baby YET who was born last week?". What do you think?

Yet does go at the end of the question. My problem with this sentence is the use of ever and yet together.
Normally you say "Have you ever seen the baby?" or "Have you seen the baby yet?" You don't use both together.
For your suggestion, you can make it correct by saying: "Have you seen the baby yet? The one who was born last week."

The longer the sentence and the farther away "yet" is from the subject, the more unnatural the sentence sounds.
