the first one is about the present (i dont want to go to the park right now)
the second I've is about the past (i didnt want to go to the park with everyone three days ago)

(1) makes more sense if the event is still in the future. (2) is used commonly regardless of whether the event has happened. I think that (1) is also better if that statement is unexpected. Example
A: Did you go to his party yesterday?
B: I told him that I didn't want to go.
A: When are you leaving for Paris?
B: I told him that I don't want to go.
