“Do you work at the moment” is a way of asking someone if they are currently employed.
“Are you working at the moment” is a way of asking if someone is at work.
Although both could be used to ask if someone is currently employed.
“Do you work at the moment or are you unemployed”
“Are you working at the moment or are you free to talk”
