"When did you last fart?""When did you fart last?""When was the last time you farted?""last time" sounds like a definite past event: "The last time you farted, I nearly fainted."What a weird question! :-P

ちなみに「おなら」を英語のすると確かに「fart」になるんだけど、それはタメ語です。他に色々な言い方があります：「to break wind」✦「to pass gas」 (丁寧に言いたいとき)「to cut the cheese」「fart」＝少し下品なんだけど。
