30. Early bird or night owl.
Much as I dislike to get up early, I would say that I am an early bird because I am more productive in the morning. To not have problems getting up early, I try to go to bed at 10 o clock and have 8 hours of sleep. Were I have to go to bed later, I would struggle to wake up early.
