@Rickyshie Not really in use, the nuance is a bit intricate I'll try to explain.
Claim is a neutral term informing people that some statement was made, no evidence can prove it correct or wrong.
However, presume and assume usually carry a significant degree of uncertainty.
As a base, it would be helpful to note that "claim" is a word much preferred by newspapers, judges and lawyers as it is a neutral term which is not biased to either side.
Otherwise, assume and presume can make one sound a little biased against the statement.

Claim is when you are making a statement which may or may not be true.
Exclaim means something was said in surprise.
Examples:
The defendent/accused (claim)ed he was never at the scene.
My friend (claim)s he can see ghosts.
The teacher (exclaim)ed "Stop!" when she saw the children playing with fire.
