Un po' strano
Hi! You did a really good job explaining your take on reverse-culture shock. I understood all of it! :))) However, I think some sentences can be simplified and/or reworded to make it flow a little better.
Here’s my edit:
“Reverse culture shock” is when you have a hard time readjusting to your original culture after you’ve lived abroad in a different culture. Things that were once familiar, like certain traditions and values, will be unfamiliar after coming back to your home country.
In my opinion, when you return to your home country, you shouldn’t have to feel pressured to live as your life before going abroad. Instead, you should continue to live with your experiences from a different culture, so that you don’t forget about them either. If you need help readjusting, you can always find information by using the Internet or asking other people.
Don’t worry! If you work hard, you can hopefully recall some things about your original culture and maybe discover new things along the way.
