привет, j'apprends en ce moment la déclinaison (падеж) qu'es l'accusatif (винительный), j'arrive a peu près a décliné les mots mais je ne sais jamais quand utiliser l'accusatif, j'aurais besoin d'une règle concrètes et si possible un ou 2 exemples

A vrai dire, je ne sais pas le règle, mais je peux dire que l'accusatif, c'est pour l'objet directe. Nous répondons aux questions "кого?" (qui) et "что?" (que/quoi). E.g. Я вижу кота (Je vois un chat). Вижу КОГО? Вижу КОТА. Ici, "кота" est dans l'accusatif.
Слушаю музыку (J'écoute de la musique). Слушаю ЧТО? Слушаю МУЗЫКУ.
Возьми эти тетради (Prends ces cahiers). Возьми ЧТО? Возьми ТЕТРАДИ.

On emploit l'accusatif aussi avec les prépositions в, за, на, про, через. E.g. Поставьте вазу на стол (mettez la vase sur la table). Поставьте ЧТО? - ВАЗУ. Поставьте КУДА (на ЧТО?) - на СТОЛ.
