I want to talk about my leadership behavior in club activity. I am a member of tea ceremony club which is called ura senke sado bu in Japanese. We held tea ceremony in school festival. To hold tea ceremony, our club members should complete many tasks. For example, buying tools, cleaning tatami room, practicing how to behave as host, and so on.
First of all, we shared our goal of this festival. By doing it, team members could find what we have to do to reach our goal easily and we could understand each other. It related to model the way. In model the way, members could work flexibly by sharing values.
Also, we divided our tasks into what member want to do. We decided the way to complete task depends on worker. Also we cared reflection of last year because failure teach us the way to improve our work. I learned these behavior from challenge the process. Also, we divided our tasks into what member want to do. We decided that the best way to complete tasks depends on the worker's ability and if they would even want to do it in the first place. Also we shared reflections of last year, because our failures teach us the way to improve our work.
I learned these methods from challenging the process. To challenge the process is to search for new ways to achieve your goal.
