In reference to your last email, I would like to express to you my disagreement about the increase of 10% as an extra fee for each delivery meal.
I feel strongly disappointed because that will make me not attend there for a long period of time because of my unsuffiently earnings. I firmly think that you should reconsider this because your client will not be able to order online food as much as they wanted.
I would like to suggest you some several alternatives; Firstly, I personally recommend that you consider making a discount on the final payments of your clients. Secondly, it would be extremely advisable that you make some menu offers for your clients as well as offering them a wine bottle for their visit in order to avoid these inconveniences.
