Domande Giapponese
Sometimes I ask myself if in Japanese there are some other ways to say “Hi” or “How are you?” just like in English when we say some things such as “What’s up?”, “What are you up to?” or “How are you doing?”

We don't really have casual expressions for greetings in Japanese like you do in English.
"久しぶり!"
"お疲れさま!"
"元気?"
can be used as casual greetings but less versatile comparing to "what's up","What are you up to?”
