he said he'd got a bruise on the top of his right foot. sembra naturale?

Un po' strano

I've got a bruise on the top of my right foot.

he said he's got a bruise on the top of his right foot.

he said he'd got GOTTEN a bruise on the top of his right foot.

he said he'd got GOTTEN a bruise on the top of his right foot.

the 3rd one... i changed it to sound better. this would be in the PAST and sort of needs more information to sound natural. As in: "he said he'd gotten a bruise on the top of his right foot, SO HE WENT TO WRAPPED IT. something like that.
