If puting the settings of your Netflix account in French does not bother you, you will have almost all movies and series dubbed in French in addition to all the orginal French content.

The big plus of putting the settings in French is that you will have access to all the cartoons and kids dedicated show which are easier for learners to deal with in the first place. Now you may have a high level of French already and in that case, watching all the series you watched in English dubbed in French should help you out in your learning. (this time I am refering to adult / young adult dedicated content)

If you do not want to put the settings in French, typing "French" or "français" in the searching tool will make all the French original content come up at the top of the list.

@Proost I've tried that but dubbed movies are really annoying, dont you agree? I am B2 but my oral communication skills practically do not exist 😅 however, the cartoon idea is really clever!! thanks a lot!!!

@merlin5mor I agree, dubbing is sometimes a turn off. It is even more when you already watched the series/movie in OV. However, cartoons not being humans, they sound and look much more natural. If you think of it, even the original version of a cartoon is dubbed so it is a content made for dubbing. Now, some Cartoons are still better dubbed than others depending on the language.

You might not have the same amount of fun watching a kid/teen dedicated cartoon but it is gold for learners. It is made so much more accessible for them.

It is when you start learning languages through watching cartoons that you realise that "Oh my... it is already something...". I am impressed at how some of them are filled with both idioms and words that are sometimes extremely useful. I am impressed at how rich and diverse the vocabulary they use can be.

Cartoon might be kids/teens dedicated, it is still a real, native dedicated content. And that is priceless. You will feel stupid watching Peppa Pig at first, trust me. But if you consider it only through the lense of language learning, you will notice that it is far from stupid to sit there and take notes of what that little pig is saying. I picked it for the sake of argument : Peppa pig could be considered one of the most stupid cartoons to watch as an adult, it is still filled with extremely useful words a beginner-intermediate would beg to be able to use. And Netflix has tones of other cartoons which are much more complex than Peppa Pig and still a hundred times more accessible than an adult dedicated content.
