Let me share with you the magic words of effective negotiating. Words I trust you will memorize and make part of your vocabulary for use in life’s strategic interactions. These utterances or jargon should become part of your lexicon to make the initial pose of ignorance credible.

Utterance is like an expression.
Jargon is a word specific to a field, for example the expression "direct object" could be considered a Grammar jargon.
Your lexicon is like your mental dictionary, the words you know and use.
Credible is the same as believable.
With that said, this sentence means something in the lines of "You should memorize these expressions so you can pretend to be ignorant in a believable way."
Hope this makes it clear 🙂
