Hımmm.... Very difficult to explain as there is no direct translation and it's cultural thing. Let me try to explain: "Hayırlısı" is in our culture (actually this has a religious origin but today we use it all regardless of being religious or not) means something which is considered best for you. We have also a saying "Her şerde bir hayır vardır" which means "there is a goodness in all bad things".
For example: you wanted to go to Paris so badly before the pandemy and you bought your tickets etc but suddenly Covid quarantines started. You are very sad because you couldn't go and I say to you 'don't get so upset, her işte bir hayır vardır" which means sthg like: now you are sad beacuse you can't go but who knows maybe you would go and have an accident on the road. So maybe pandemy preventing you to do is "hayırlısı" for you. You see, it's like something God knows the best for us. For example sometimes we see things are going bad, we don't know what to do, we feel out of options and we say "What can we do... Hayırlısı..." Which means like hoping for what is good for us will happen. Like "oh I am so nervous so many people are going out although Covid is still out there! I don't know what will happen like this... Let's see... Hayırlısı..." Or you applied for a job and waiting for the result nervously. You say to me "Ahh, i wish so much to get that job. Please pray for this". And I say "hayırlısı olsun". Which means I wish for you that the option which will be really good for you happen. (This can be to get or not to get the job, we can't know that.)
So "hayırlısıyla" has its roots from this system of belief. We use it on the beginning or during a process. A few examples:
You are going to a long travel. I'm telling you: "Hadi hayırlısıyla git gel" which is I hope you go and come back without any accidents, problems, bad things etc happen to you.
Or I am trying to finish a hard or dangerous work, that I'm worried about something can go wrong on the process. I say "şu iş bir hayırlısıyla bitse".... Like i hope this will finish without any problems.
So.... I hope this helps... 😊

- Without a trouble, safely. It’s kind of a wish for good.
* Hayırlısıyla git gel. (Go and come safely)
* Şu işi hayırlısıyla bir halledelim de, başka bir şey istemiyorum. (I want nothing more than just finish this job without any trouble)
* Allah hayırlısıyla sınavını geçmeni nasip etsin. (May Allah let you pass your exam without any obstacle/problem.)
Good luck 😊

@fedeerica Not exactly... Different use... İnşallah means "if God permits" but we use it so much in daily conversations like "I hope"...
İnşallah yarın sınavın iyi geçer.
Hayırlısıyla gidin inşallah...
İnşallah anlatabilmişimdir 😊
