i@worwrefedwarzon It's exactly the same :) "Dzisiaj" sounds longer, that's it.

Dziś zrobiłam zakupy.
Będę dzisiaj/dziś biegać.

You don't need to worry, meaning is the same.
Personally I use dziś when I have acces to a polish keyboard (it's shorter), whereas dzisiaj when cannot use polish diacritics -:)
