B's answer to the first sentence "不太好" means "not so well", and if you want to say your not happy, you say 我最近不太高興 instead of "我不太高興" because that would sound like your not happy(even a bit mad) at that moment.

"你想說嗎?" should be replaced with "你怎麼了?"(what happened?) because in Chinese there really isn't a sentence for "You wanna talk about it?", which is what I assume you meant in the sentence.
