Thanks to him I was able to clean the shower Room , if he hadn’t come over to my house , I’d still be pushing off the household

When speaking, I'd say: ”~~~ If he hadn't come over, I'd still be putting it off."
(It is very natural to end in a preposition when speaking. In casual writing (like a personal blog, tweet, etc.), it's also acceptable. In formal writing, ending a sentence in a preposition is not allowed.)
