@griselda108 Te refieres al “are” junto con “said”, no? En este caso “said” es el participio pasado, o sea “are said” = son/están dichos/as” (no tengo el contexto completo aquí, pero en todo caso ojalá entiendas como va la cosa)

@wordsworkwell muchas gracias. Y otra duda, ¿solo sucede eso de la combinacion de dos verbos en diferentes tiempos con "ARE y SAID"?

@griselda108 La verdad, no. Se puede combinar cualquier participio pasado con is/are o was/were, igual que se puede hacer lo siguiente en español:
Fue dicho: it was said
Está escrito: It is written
Fueron destruidas: they were destroyed
Son publicados: they are published
El hecho de que se use el participio pasado no es lo que nos sitúa en el pasado o el presente, sino el uso del verbo to be que va adelante: is/are (presente) o was/were (pasado)
