If you are getting a more official version of your graduation certificate/degree at a later time and the one you currently have is valid for an unlimited time, then I would recommend “provisional.”

If the one you have is only valid for a limited time or you have more requirements to complete before getting the “real” certificate (like taking a professional test or qualifying exam), then perhaps “temporary” is better.

Both imply that you are awaiting the final certification. Provisional might sound a little more formal if this is for a resume or job application.
