Hello, Please tell me which city is better to visit as a tourist and why? And how much will it cost, say for a week?

Vancouver/South coast of BC is great during the summer. It will be crazy expensive, on par or more than Toronto. Nature and the ocean is the reason to come. I haven't the slightest idea what a week in Vancouver would cost. Estimate $150-200 a night for a livable hotel. Meals 20-30 per person, per meal and then ground travel which is very difficult to estimate without an itinerary.

Saskatoon is a bit more expensive to fly to, although considering it says your from Russia it may be cheaper than flying to Vancouver. You can get cheap hotels, and rural Saskatchewian beauty. I'd especially recommend Prince Albert National Park.

Saskechewan is cheaper but not worth it to visit..... that's a ghost town ....... I recommend Montreal or Toronto..
