Me, my sister, and my mother are thinking of moving to japan in the next two years so I've been doing research on where to live. We were thinking of Kyoto, Kyoto prefecture becuase they have a lot of elementary schools and middle schools and high schools. I have around 3 heart problems and was wondering if they have doctors or medicine for the types I have. Also if If I get married and get a spouse vise will my mom be able to stay?

No one can answer your question about doctors and medicine thing as we don't know anything about your disease. The only thing I can say is there are many heart doctors also in Japan. But you or your family had better be able to speak Japanese to communicate with them fully.
And your mother can't be allowed to stay in Japan on your spouse visa.

If they have the medicine where you currently live, I'd be suprised if they didn't have it Japan.
