I’ve been sleepy the whole day and I took many naps. But at least I studied English well in the morning.

"I've been sleepy all day, even after I took a nap. At least I managed to study English this morning."
This sounds a bit more natural and casual.

@tor_toi_ You're welcome!
Even after just kinda implies that what you did wasn't "fulfilling." Like "I'm so hungry even after I ate." "I failed the test even after I studied for 3 weeks." It's mostly used to add context I think.

Those is the right word to use in that sentence. And you're welcome again! :)

@elliotelliot Yes you can also say that if it's easier. English is hard because there's so many ways to say one thing. : )
