Hi, thanks for explaining more :-)
Unfortunately I don't know any Japanese. I agree it's hard to just sit all day.
I think you can say I don't feel like going to employee training. I hate sitting around all day. It's not very engaging. (Or you could even say it's boring.)

They mean the same thing, but the second one is very colloquial and seems like a little stronger expression of annoyance to me. If you want to use more formal language then saying pain in the neck, I would just say the employment training is frustrating.

Hi, you can say bothersome or troublesome if you prefer. I just think that bothersome is a less common way to express it.
If it is annoying to you I think frustrating or annoying is a better description. If it is difficult (hard to understand or complete) I would say that instead. you could say I have had a lot of technical issues with the computer training or I have had a lot of difficulty scheduling the training if either of those are the case. You could say the training was boring or maybe it wasn't relevant or useful.
So it is not wrong to say it was bothersome or troublesome but it doesn't give me a very good idea of why you didn't like the training . Does that make sense?
