the use of "mister" or "sir"... is a bit too formal to sound natural.
I would just skip it.
just say... "Hi", or "good afternoon" if you are writing this. or use the person's name.
"Hi, I'm wondering if I could work Tuesday and Friday morning. Also, I'm available to help on Saturday or Sunday night".
also if you are writing (and this sounds like it's going to a manager) do not write "U", that is only for texting. it's too casual for anything business related.
