I know that we don't use "have got/has got" speaking about meals holidays, with wash and so on. Like, What time do you have breakfast?
But can I say "What have we got for breakfast?" or there's the same situation?

what have we got for breakfast/lunch/dinner is fine, but (in British English at least) it would be more natural to ask "what's for breakfast"
